Canvas partially pixelated

Since the big upgrade I've noticed that every canvas I create is partially pixelated for the bottom third, roughly.  It causes otherwise smooth edges to become jagged, as you can see in the image below.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Note, GT-N8010, with Android version 4.1.2.

Hi David, thanks for getting back to me.

I followed your instructions and found that pixel preview was already unchecked.  Checking it and then unchecking it again made no difference.

As I said it is only the lowest third of the canvas that this happens with, so it doesn't seem to be a settings issue.

Can you try a test sketch (new) using the latest version and seeing if the lines get pixelated?  I am curious if this is an issue when opening an older version of the file vs a newer version of the file.

Using a new file or old doesn't make a difference.  Could it be due to my tablet?  It's an older model so may simply not run newer apps well.

I'm having the same problem here

I'am also having the same problem. What should I do?

@jarebdocot, @Arviejohnmedina6, @ierynetra

If you transfer file to the desktop version of Sketchbook, can you confirm that it looks good.  Images are going to be 72 DPI but depending on LxW pixel dimension, it maybe pixelated.

I suspect that the device maybe the root cause.  If you are on Android 6.x or older, it is a bit older and the display issue is graphics related.

Hello Mr. David Lau

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N800 with Android version of
4.4.2. It is pretty old and I think maybe that is the problem. What can you
recommend so we can resolve this problem? I don't want to use another app
because for me, Autodesk Sketchbook is the best among other drawing
application.

Go to apk mirror and download SketchBook apk file and side load it.  We don't support that method of install but that is the only place to get an older version of SketchBook that maybe more stable.  I would get the older 3.7.6 version for your 'older' device.

Hi. I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and my drawings on sketchbook are quite pixelated as well. I tried all the suggestions in the comments but none of it seems to work. What do I do?
